Booking Conditions<\/h1>

\nCHECK IN<\/strong><\/summary>\n

\u2022 On the day of arrival you can move into your apartment from 4 pm.
\n\u2022 We will do our best to make the apartment available as soon as possible!
\n\u2022 If you arrive earlier we will store your luggage safely and free of charge.
\n\u2022 If you arrive after 6 pm please let us know in advance .<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nCHECK OUT<\/strong><\/summary>\n

\u2022 We ask you to leave your apartment by 9.30 am on the day of departure.
\n\u2022 In case of early departure or late arrival the price will be charged according to the reservation confirmation and without deductions.
\n\u2022 If less than the booked number of persons arrive the price will be charged according to the reservation confirmation and without deductions.
\n\u2022 No subletting or change of persons is allowed within the booking period.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nBOOKING\/DEPOSIT<\/strong><\/summary>\n

The prices are in Euro per apartment and day excluding the local tax of \u20ac 4,00 per person per night (you have to pay from the age of 15 years). In addition, the listed prices are valid for a minimum stay of 3 overnight stays. For short stays we charge a surcharge of 10%.<\/p>\n

\u2022 After your reservation, we ask you to pay the agreed deposit within 7 days.
\n\u2022 The deposit is about 40% of the arrangement price. We will inform you about the exact amount in the reservation confirmation.<\/p>\n

If less than the booked number of people arrive, the full apartment price will be charged.<\/p>\n

\u2022 We reserve the right to retain deposits in case of cancellation (see cancellation conditions).
\n\u2022 Only after receiving the deposit is the reservation binding.<\/strong>
\n\u2022 The remaining amount can be paid in cash, by EC-card or credit card (only VISA and MasterCard) and can be transferred free of charge in advance.<\/p>\n

For the final cleaning of the apartment we charge a one-time cleaning fee of \u20ac 70,00 per apartment at the end of your stay.
\nPrices are subject to change, misprints and errors as well as changes in offers.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nCANCELLATION CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Unless otherwise stated, the cancellation conditions according to AGBH (General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry) apply. The place of jurisdiction is Landeck in Tirol.
\n\u2022 Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge
\n\u2022 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40 % of the total package price
\n\u2022 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70 % of the total package price
\n\u2022 1 week before arrival 90 % of the total package price<\/p>\n

Travel cancellation\/cancellation insurance<\/strong>
\nSometimes things turn out differently than one thinks! The booked vacation cannot be taken or must be broken off prematurely……to save you unnecessary costs in case of cancellation, we recommend you to insure yourself with the Hotel Cancellation Plus or the extensive Hotel Cancellation Premium Insurance. European travel insurance<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nBREAD SERVICE<\/strong><\/summary>\n

\u2022 For our guests we offer a daily bread service.
\n\u2022 Order the desired pastry the day before and we will leave it fresh at your apartment door.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nWIFI<\/strong><\/summary>\n

\u2022 Free, high-performance WIFI is available throughout the house and apartment during your stay.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nSMOKING<\/strong><\/summary>\n

\u2022 We would like to point out that there is a strict ban on smoking in the entire house.
\n\u2022 You are welcome to smoke on the terrace or outside.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nPARKING<\/strong><\/summary>\n

\u2022 Free parking spaces are available directly in front of our house for the duration of your stay.
\n\u2022 Please note that there is a maximum of 2 parking spaces per unit.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nPETS<\/strong><\/summary>\n

\u2022 Pets are not allowed. We ask for your understanding.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nSKI SCHOOL ISCHGL<\/strong><\/summary>\n

The ski instructors of the Snow Sports Academy will not only help you to perfect your skiing style, but will also introduce you to the ski area with its hidden treasures. Further information under www.skischule-ischgl.at.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n
